安装：
以管理员身份运行Windows PowerShell，安装 Hyper-V：
Enable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName Microsoft-Hyper-V -All

此时系统中并没有管理器，安装管理器命令：
Install-WindowsFeature -Name Hyper-V -IncludeManagementTools -Restart

正确很难卸载掉，通过命令行解决：
UnInstall-WindowsFeature -Name Hyper-V -IncludeManagementTools -Restart
UnInstall-WindowsFeature -Name Hyper-V -Restart
